Cosmus Papadopoulos - Principal

Cosmus is the Principal Partner of CDP & Co having founded the public practice on the 6th September 1988.

Cosmus graduated from LaTrobe University mid 1988 with a Bachelor of Economics (Double Major in Accounting) and then completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax Law at RMIT in 1991.

Cosmus is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, Fellow of the National Tax and Accountants Association Ltd, Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and Fellow of the Australian Association of Taxation and Management Accountants Ltd.

With practical hands-on experience in taxation and accounting, Cosmus provides specialist compliance advice in the area of business services, providing advice in many small to medium entities across various industries and business structures.

Cosmus also became an Accredited Mortgage Consultant in 2009 and can assist with the correct loan, structured correctly and in the correct entity based on your requirements and with the best tax effective results in mind.

Christina Papadopoulos - Administration

Christina Papadopoulos joined CDP & Co team in 2006.

Christina previously was with RACV in administration and since has helped manage all administration functions of the firm in liaising with clients and general duties as required here at CDP & Co.

Christina is very hands on with client issues of administration including client appointments, sign off co-ordination and other marketing issues.

Damian Papadopoulos - Graduate Accountant

Damian Papadopoulos joined the CDP & Co team in 2019.

Damian recently completed his Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Majoring in Accounting at Deakin University.

He hopes to join his father Cosmus in the coming years as a principal partner in the CDP & Co family.

Damian currently undertakes Bookkeeping duties for Clients, as well as invoicing and has been well exposed to Accounting Softwares such as XERO.

Allison Low - Office Manager

Allison Low joined CDP & Co team in April 2009.  Allison prior, had worked for nine years in an accounting firm as a Personal Assistant for the Financial Planning/Finance broking arm of the business.

Allison role is to manage the office and co-ordinate the workflow for all within.  Allison is also the “fix it up” person to whom both clients and staff call or turn to when you can’t find it or can’t locate it.

Allison has extensive experience in all aspects within CDP & Co including the preparation of tax returns, ASIC issues and general administration issues.

Susan Wills - CPA Accountant

Susan joined the CDP & Co team in March 2018 as a bookkeeper/accountant.  Susan graduated from Swinburne University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is also a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).

Susan has extensive accounting experience having previously been employed as an accountant in an accounting practice.  Susan has also had experience as the company accountant in a private business.
